You received an e-mail or a letter indicating your user number.
If you can't find it:
- in the login screen, click on "Could you confirm my user number?"
- enter the requested reference number (it is printed on every letter sent by MyPlansByBelfius) and the email address you used to register for the application.
- An email with your user number will then be sent to this address.
