ATTENTION: The Dematerialised Notes may only be subscribed, purchased or held by eligible holders ("Eligible Holders") meaning investors that qualify both as (a) Qualifying Investors under the UCITS Act (each as defined below) and (b) a holder of an X-Account with the Securities Settlement System operated by the National Bank of Belgium or (directly or indirectly) with a participant in such system. The Registered Notes may only be subscribed, purchased or held by Exempt Holders (as defined in the Prospectus). The Issuer will suspend payments of interest and principal on Dematerialised Notes or Registered in respect of which it becomes aware that they are not held by respectively Eligible Holders or Exempt Holders.
